Since the Middle East was part of the Roman Empire they would
also had other items available to eat like Oranges, Limes, Lemons
and Wild Rice.

Safe drinking water was not plentiful around the region so Wine
was their main drink of choice. Grape Juice in December then  it turns into Wine at Spring, and last they would have Vinegar in the Summer if it lasted that long.

Beware of False Prophets with recipes that include these food items and claim that Jesus would have eaten them. All of this food below came from the Americas, and was not around the Middle East for Jesus to eat 2000 years ago.
